1 – First contact

Share your idea with me. We will discuss your preferences regarding the subject, style, colors, medium, format, and timeline. This initial conversation is an opportunity for me to understand your expectations and for you to express your vision.

2 – Define the creation framework

Based on our discussions, we will define the concept of the artwork together. At this stage, we will decide on the subject, colors, medium, and format while considering your budget.

3 – Order confirmation & deposit

Once we have finalized the details of the creation, I will send you an order confirmation outlining the characteristics of the artwork and the total cost of your personalized piece. To confirm the order and begin the work, a 30% deposit is required. This deposit secures your commitment and covers the initial expenses related to the creation process. Various payment options are available.

4 – The sketch

I will then create a sketch of the artwork. This step is essential to define the composition and ambiance of the piece. The sketch will be sent to you via email for approval. At this stage, you can suggest any necessary adjustments.

5 – Creating the artwork

After the sketch is approved, I begin bringing the artwork to life by adding colors and refining the details. Through this process, your idea transforms into a vibrant, colorful, and emotionally charged piece of art.

6 – Your personalized Artwork

Before applying the final touches, I will send you an image of the artwork for final approval. This is your opportunity to review the piece and ensure it meets your expectations. This step guarantees that every detail is perfect before the piece is completed with a protective varnish for paintings or framing for watercolors and inks, enhancing and preserving its beauty.

7 – Delivery

Once the artwork is completed, it is carefully packaged and protected before being shipped to the address of your choice upon receipt of the remaining balance. There are no geographical limits—artworks are shipped worldwide. Customer satisfaction is my priority, and I ensure that each piece is sent with the utmost care to guarantee its safety during transit.

8 – Reception and Installation

The moment of reception is always an emotional one—this is when you finally see your artwork, the result of our collaboration, in person. I am always delighted to hear your final impressions and to see photos of the piece in its new environment. This marks the end of the creative journey but the beginning of your relationship with a unique piece of art created especially for you.
